Postcards from Portugal

What’s new from the Blutui development studio and around the agency world.

The Month Ahead: Postcards from Portugal

April is shaping up to be an epic month with our CEO, Graeme Blake traveling to Lisbon, Portugal to host the Tribe+Blutui cocktail evening. Tribe Global is an incredible agency group with a wonderful reputation for taking agency leaders out of their daily routine and surroundings to challenge, educate and inform, keeping them sharp and ahead of the curve. Blutui is privileged to be part of this global agency meeting. This will be followed by a UK market visit to meet with old friends and new agencies.

A Pinch of Paprika

March saw Blutui CEO Graeme Blake join the AsiaPac Paprika team in Sydney for a series of in-depth ‘industry-insider’ interviews and a brilliant agency brekkie session.

On the agenda? Growth and resilience.

How Aussie Indies are performing in the current climate and what strategies are required to build growth and resilience into their operations, culture and capabilities. Joined by the wonderful Amanda J. Little, Michelle Shirtcliffe’s, Nicole Solly and hosted by Paprika’s own Shirley Liu, APAC Regional Manager for Paprika. This was a great experience with a wonderful group of industry experts and agency leaders who shared experiences, tips and tech to solve immediate and longer term issues.

The full Paprika+Blutui interview will be shared in the April ‘25 edition of Transform.

AI Styles

Our Blutui developers continue to deliver, with improvements to AI Components released in March. Now developers who are prompting to code in dedicated project ecosystems can now set style guide parameters to lock down brand characteristics, speed development and provide total accuracy for projects needing pixel perfect components. A new level of efficiency and creative control for talented agency front-end developers.

Continuum

We ship Blutui Headless in late April, which in combination with Blutui CMS allows agencies to evolve client projects seamlessly through the entire lifetime of the project. No more re-platforming, no more expensive migrations, and no more awkward conversations with irate clients about their wasted investment when new requirements push at the edges of their technologies capabilities. We’ve built this to provide a competitive advantage to agencies. We call this Blutui Continuum.

Exactly Who Cares? We do

Our partnership with the tireless campaigners at Advertising: Who Cares? goes from strength-to-strength with Blutui gifting the global industry movement their brand new site which re-launched in March. If you don’t already, follow Brian Jacob’s and Nick Manning as they champion truth, transparency and accountability in Adland.

Check out the refurbed website at www.advertisingwhocares.org and if you are interested in Positive Change for Adland please join the movement.
